Tek Way Riddim – Mad Bludd

Mad Bludd’s 2021 Tek Way Riddim comes in lean and rude, with that sharp, stripped-back dancehall pulse that leaves room for the vocals to cut through. Big Smoak’s “Bruk out” and Tellis’s “Madness” push the energy hardest, while Prynce turns up twice with “Gyal Army” and the title cut in both clean and raw form, giving the project a little extra shelf life. Mad Bludd also steps in with “Cock Bend, ” which fits the riddim’s cheeky, commanding tone, and Sandee-J’s “Nature Calling” brings a slightly looser, more playful edge.
