Taximan Riddim, Vol. 1 comes from Le Saärk’ Productions and was released in 2022 as a 15-track reggae juggling with a taxi theme running through nearly every cut. Alkally opens with Mr Taximan, while Delphaya’s Taxi Driver, Ras Tof’ s Taxi Moto, and Doum’s Taxi Woots Man help shape the lineup, alongside Francky Le Man and Bény I on Taxi Zion’ and Ghetto Blue on Freedom. The set also includes a built-in Le Saärk’ riddim version and a Zouk/Ragga remix, which gives the project a little extra range beyond the vocal selections. It’s a French-leaning, mid-length compilation with a mix of rootsy titles, reflective moods, and a playful transport concept that keeps the whole release moving.
