Tman Mount Zion Records keeps its Zimbabwean dancehall lane busy with Take Take Riddim, a 2026 juggling that brings together some of the scene’s most familiar voices over a brisk, chant-driven foundation. The set sits comfortably in the Zimdancehall tradition: militant, streetwise and tuned for selector play, with the rhythm built to carry quick-fire hooks and pointed lyrics rather than long, sung-out melodies.

Silent Killer is the obvious focal point. He turns up twice, once solo on Hautengeserwe Chabiwa and again alongside Tally B on Tambirai Masoja, giving the riddim some of its sharpest edge. Guspy Warrior’s Take Take is another key cut, since it shares the project’s title and helps define the whole package’s identity. Blot appears with Handichadi and Parikurwariwa, while Dhadza D, Ninja Lipsy, Rudegal, Silencer, Junior Mbida, Tinty, Bujah Boys, Defeater and Kingman Spooga all add their own take on the same rhythm bed.
