Kodie Alexander’s “My Heart Say Yes” is the kind of cut that gives Sunshine Riddim its lift, all bright soca swing and a feel-good pull that sits nicely alongside Nisa’s more laid-back “Owtah Timin. ” GMS Productions keeps the arrangement lively without crowding the vocalists, and that leaves room for Jadee and MX Prime to push “Revolution Time” with a bit more fire, while Axia Nation and Shalane steer “Live Your Life” into warmer territory. There’s only five tracks here, which keeps the whole thing tight and easy to move through, and the St Hilaire Brothers close it out with “We Are 1, ” a neat finishing touch for a 2019 release that feels built for road season.
