Schockwave Riddim – Soundmindz

The 2014 dancehall Schockwave Riddim came out through Soundmindz, with production handled by X-Fecta, and it leans heavily into Zimbabwean voicing rather than the usual Jamaican parade of names. The cut features Ano T, Ashly, Blessed I Medhuku, Freeman, Gupsy Warrior, Jnr T, and others, with titles like Zvakatangira Papen Nepaper, Jah Give Light, Irori Zita, and Ghetto Life giving the project its local flavour.
