Retro Fete Overview
The Retro Fete Riddim brought the real feeling of Carnival 2022 to life. Built for street parades and big fetes, its flow was made for dancing in the sun. This project stood out among other carnival releases of its time, thanks to its energetic vibe and tight production. While many riddims in 2022 focused on electronic sounds or heavy bass, Retro Fete Riddim stayed true to classic soca rhythms, making it a favorite for party crowds. Skinny Fabulous, known for his hit "Sauce," brings his usual high energy to the riddim. His performance adds power and excitement, just as fans expect from the artist who won the 2019 International Soca Monarch with "Famalay." Jaiga TC also shines with "Living Bess," a song that celebrates enjoying life to the fullest. Arthur Allain’s "Feeling Irie" delivers smooth vocals and a positive message, showing why he is a respected voice from Saint Lucia’s soca scene. Marzville, with "I Want To Wuk," and Teddyson John, with "Party Nice," both add their unique touches.
