Rain In Heaven sits a little cleaner and leaner than some of Oxygen Muziq’s more crowded juggling projects, but it keeps the same no-frills dancehall focus: five cuts, five voices, and no wasted motion. High Medz opens with “Money Mi A Guh Fah, ” then Ice Kydd’s “OOH LORD” and Rvlva’s “Nuh Second” push the set into that blunt, street-facing lane where the hook has to land fast.
