The lineup runs through Anthony Que, Hal Anthony, Ian Sweetness, Kirk Davis, Lloyd Brown and Torch, with Kirk Davis’ “Why Did You Leave I’m Still In Love (Medley)” giving the project its most obvious hook. The production stays patient and uncluttered, favouring a warm one-drop feel, steady bassline movement and enough space for the singers to work their phrases without crowding the groove.
