Whitestone Productions’ No Disturbance Riddim sits in the middle of Jubba White’s early catalogue, following the 2007 Tantrum project and arriving in 2014 as a nine-track roots set with a tidy, band-led feel. The first cut to surface was Dubtonic Kru’s “Tonight” with Chantelle Ernandez, and that live-in-the-room approach runs through the whole selection, with drums, bass, keys and guitar carrying the weight rather than studio gimmicks. Lutan Fyah’s “All My Life” and Jah Sun’s “So Blind” keep the conscious edge sharp, while Brina’s “My Own Sunshine” and Dez Irie’s “Starlight” lean into a lighter, melodic touch. It’s a straight reggae riddim with a warm low end, steady one-drop pulse and enough space for the vocals to breathe without ever losing forward motion.
