Vybz Kartel released the official video for his popular track Car Man. The song was released in early July 2023 and follows up from another hit single in Jersey Party. Simply talking about the need for a man to have a car, Car Man is one of Kartel’s stand-out singles in 2023 and was produced by CR203 Records.
Vybz Kartel’s success comes from being able to relate to the average man/woman and then delivering songs that they can relate to. He does it in a very intelligent way through a form of poetry mixing it up with puns and punchlines. Car Man is a classic example of how good Kartel is at giving you a simple message in an intelligent and sometimes funny manner. In Car Man, the artist speaks about how men are constantly judged by society but mostly women based on having a car or the car they drive.
It’s just a fact of life how people are judged on such issues. However, there has to be more to life than the vehicle you own right? There are some well-established people who have done great things in life for the community at large but they are not taken seriously because barometers like vehicle types are used. Vybz Kartel speaks more on the women’s issue as they use this barometer to judge men.
