Mr Green Riddim – Hevs/Thin Paper Records

Mr Green Riddim arrived in 2020 from Hevs Records and Thin Paper Records, a lean dancehall set with five cuts and four artists across the project. Bareface leads the way with Freak Girl and a raw version of the same tune, while Erok’s Lesson Up, Hev’s title track, and Shu Shu’s 2020 Task round out the lineup. The release has a compact, no-frills feel, with the duplicate Bareface cut giving it a sharper edge and the title track anchoring the whole juggling.
