A lean, guitar-laced one-riddim cut with a mellow roots pulse, Mission Accomplish keeps the groove tight and the vibe chant-heavy, letting Admiral Tibett’s title tune do the heavy lifting before Michael Fabulous teams with Louie Culture on “Hush Baby Mother. ” It’s a very spare release, just two tracks in all, so there’s no padding or dub excursion to distract from the songs themselves; you get the main vocal takes and that’s the point.
