Hot Pot Riddim – Mad91

Hot Pot Riddim is a 2024 reggae one-riddim project from Mad91 and Unity Sound, bringing together 11 cuts from a wide circle of Spanish-language and international voices. The set runs from Jah Nattoh’s soulful Vale La Pena and Shabu’s Paz Y Amor through Grankhan, Ganjahr Family, Kafu Banton, Lasai, Hermano L, Novato, Emeterians, Cookah P and Green Valley, with the lineup closing on Ital Food and a strong roots touch on Roots Reggae Rock. Unity Sound, the Spanish soundsystem crew behind the production, have been rolling out the riddim in stages and steadily turning it into a full showcase for conscious reggae, sharp melodies and modern bass-heavy styling.
