Lady Lava, Preedy, Erphaan Alves, Pumpa, and Zerimar each bring their own spin to the riddim, with Stiff Wine, Party Swinging, Fix Dat, Walk And Wine, and Summer Time all leaning into the waistline-and-wine energy that suits the title. The instrumental from 1st Klase closes it out cleanly, and the project keeps a tight five-song structure rather than stretching the concept. 1st Klase has long been one of Trinidad’s familiar names in soca production, and this one feels aimed straight at the spring and summer fete season.
