Released in 2020, Genesick Riddim comes from Genesick Record and leans into a French dancehall sound with five short cuts from Sikem, Darhiina, Ty Flamme, Dagiy Queen, and Maé. Planté Tèt, Tandé, Rivé Now, Watch, and Victim make up the set, with each artist getting a tight, no-frills showcase over the same riddim. The project is quick, running just over eight minutes in total, which keeps the focus on the energy and the bounce rather than long arrangements.
