WMG Lab Records kept this 2021 dancehall drop tight and functional, with just enough room for each voice to mark its lane. The riddim cycles through eight cuts, but the real shape comes from the three principal songs: Blu Steel’s “It’s ah Feeling, ” K Press on “Last Night, ” and Star Brite’s “No Trouble, ” all of them duplicated in clean and explicit versions before the instrumental closes things out. That setup gives the release a workmanlike studio-session feel, more selector-friendly than glossy, with XONE’s “Cheating Game” adding the lone outside turn. The strongest pull, though, is Star Brite’s “No Trouble, ” which sits nicely against the beat’s clipped, dancehall-forward swing and leaves the sharpest aftertaste on the set.
