2019 was still very much in the era of lean, hard dancehall riddims that left the vocals to do the talking, and Furia fits right into that moment with a compact five-track lineup from Eldoh Rado Productions. Skyla Kyro’s “Murder Dem” comes in with the kind of militant title and energy you’d expect from that period, while Lyrykal Venom’s “Chat Tuff” keeps the pressure on with a tougher, talkative edge. Sliva’s “Billy” and Chunky Sklack’s “Working” round out the vocal side without clutter, and the producer closes with the instrumental cut.
