Huntta Flow Production’s 2018 Emoji Riddim is a five-track soca release that brings together Party Dawg, Small Circle, Tapha, Twixx and Verjal in a compact, no-frills set. Twixx’s Pressure, Party Dawg’s Mrs. Jones and Tapha’s Good Man (Community) are the key cuts here, with each artist keeping the delivery direct and dance-ready. Released on June 8, 2018, the riddim fits neatly into Huntta Flow’s busy 2018 run and has the kind of tight, percussive feel that made a lot of mid-year soca projects from that period easy to slot into DJs’ rotations.
