Dreamcatcher Riddim by Bost and Bim Production arrived in 2023 as a rootsy reggae various-artists set from the long-running French production duo, with a lineup that pulls in Nyle Banks, Fyakin, Omar Perry, The Congos, Winston McAnuff and others. The project opens with In Prayer from Nyle Banks, Fyakin and Bost and Bim, and the sequence also includes Protect Me, Bring It Back, Jah Is the Light and Blackout, giving the riddim plenty of vocal variety over the same foundation. Bost and Bim have been active since the late ’90s and are well known for sharp, melody-driven reggae production, and here they lean into a warm, reflective sound that suits the uplift in Better World and Rabbi Son as much as the deeper chants from The Congos.
