Produced in 1975 for an unknown label, Dance Inna Greenwhich Farm brings together King Tubby, Bunny Striker Lee and Dr. Alimantado on a small but sharp six-track set rooted in classic mid-’70s dub and roots reggae. Cornell Campbell’s Dance Inna Greenwhich Farm is the key vocal cut, while Dr. Alimantado turns up twice with Dreadlocks Dread and The Chalice Blaze, and the riddim also carries Dancing Version and Tommy McCook and The Aggrovators’ A Dancing Dub. Lord Sassafrass’ Bum-U-Saddle adds another good cut to the line-up, and the mix of Tubby-style dub weight with Bunny Lee’s touch gives the release a raw Kingston edge.
