In 2022, Killa Imij Records introduced the Dancehall-driven Clock Tick Riddim as the label’s debut rhythm project, a seven-track set led by songs from Gaza Kim, Potential Kidd, 9Grainz, Dwayno, Kingdolla, Wuan Balance, and Lyvely. Bubble Up, Lift It And Drop It, and Tik Tok Tik are among the standout cuts, and the release leans into the kind of girl-friendly, party-ready energy Killa Imij was already pushing at the time. The project first surfaced in June 2022 and later appeared as a 7-song, 19-minute release, with the label following it up that summer with the Buzzer Riddim.
