Baby Mama Riddim – Victoryone

Back in 2021, when reggae riddims were still leaning hard into conscious lyrics and stripped-back digital cuts, Victoryone’s Baby Mama Riddim kept the focus tight with just four tracks and a neat little roots-reggae frame. Jahvante Campbell’s “Hush Baby Mama” carries the title theme with a calm, pleading tone, while Utan Green’s “Justice and Honour” pushes the session into more reflective territory, the kind of song that asks you to listen a little closer. Grip Wrench’s “The Truth” adds another sharp voice to the set, and the instrumental from Leon Anthony Williams lets the riddim breathe without overcrowding it.
