6ixside Lyfe Riddim – Smoke Shop Studio

6ixside Lyfe Riddim, produced by Smoke Shop Studio, landed in 2022 as an 11-track dancehall set with a broad Toronto-heavy lineup that includes Aikando, Al-Beeno, Chapanore, Clipzey, Dollaz, Exco Levi, Fabigeez, Mikey Dangerous, Planky, Plugz and Trekar. Exco Levi’s Black Creek and Mikey Dangerous’ Giant are two of the more notable cuts, and Giant was later singled out by Mikey Dangerous as coming from the same riddim’s energy. The project plays like a compact multi-artist showcase rather than a long compilation, with each artist getting a quick turn over a clean, modern dancehall bounce.
