G8 Riddim – Fully 8 Recordz

Fully 8 Recordz’s G8 Riddim arrived in 2022 as a tight four-track dancehall release with Kalonji on Retribution, Daan Chorus on Hokus Pokus, Skelly on 8 Campaign, and Tafari on Free Kartel. The EP was issued under the Fully 8 Recordz name in May 2022, and it keeps the focus on sharp one-riddim energy rather than a crowded lineup. Retribution and 8 Campaign are the two title cuts that give the project its clearest identity, while Free Kartel adds a more direct, rootsy edge to the package. It sits comfortably in Fully 8 Recordz’s growing catalogue of hard-edged, artist-driven dancehall productions, with the G8 concept making the whole set easy to recognise.
