Dancehall artist Busy Signal is back with another classic music video for his hit single Mr Luv N Run. You’ve got to love Busy for his candid humor depicted in the music video currently doing the rounds on YouTube and other streaming platforms. Plainly put, the track is about hooking up with a girl and then ghosting her soon after. Crassly put, hit it a quit.
The bubblegum track which is similar to the Vybz Kartel track (When U Wine) I described earlier will dominate the airwaves briefly then fade away. The track does not have the substance to last unlike Shaggy’s It Wasn’t Me for example.
You have to commend Mr Luv N Run’s video as Busy puts a humorous spin to it all. Busy is known for having creative videos and this is another example of it. His flow is commendable for sure and you can only big him up. Not necessarily for the content but the funny side to it all. He will certainly not get likes from his female audience which says a lot about the whole genre in general.
The tune is catchy as hell and will certainly light up any dancehall party. The song follows a string of hits this year from Busy Signal which include Tonight, High Up High Up, and A Thousand Times and we expect more bangers before the year is up.
