Busy Signal continues to go about his business with another enterprising single. His latest single is on an Amapiano tip. Released on 04 August 2023, My Circle was released by Jah Snowcone Entertainment. Afrobeats has captured the hearts of the world, however, South Africa’s Amapiano genre still has some way to catch up. The catchy tune will go some way in putting the amapiano sound on the map. Well in the Caribbean at least. Very similar to afrobeats its good to see Busy Signal’s versatility at its best with this fresh sound and makes you wonder what Busy cannot do. He may as well have a crack at classical music like Shaggy.
With a slew of singles in 2023, Busy Signal continues to deliver time and time again with notable singles like Its Guaranteed (remix), Tonight, and Fi Di Holiday. From reggae to old-school dancehall and the new age dancehall, there is nothing Busy cant do. One of the most versatile artists on the Jamaican island, Busy’s talent is showcased on his fusion Amapiano track My Circle.
Take some time to enjoy Busy Signal’s My Circle fusion song. Busy Signal whose real name is Reanno Devon Gordon is due a visit to Southern Africa though. It’s one thing to make a fusion track laced with the amapiano sound. It’s another to collaborate with a South African(or Zimbabwean perhaps) artist. It would go a long way for my African brethren for a Busy Signal tour but that is another discussion for another time.
