MR VEGAS featuring JACKIE – WHAT A NIGHT – GREENSLEEVES
This song off Mr Vegas‘ hit album Damn Right from the year 2001, is a timeless dancehall single. The song is actually a sample taken off the original song by The Four Seasons titled Oh, What a Night – December, 1963 – the song is on YouTube below (you can also preview Mr Vegas’ version below).
However, the dancehall riddim twist got the newer generations bopping to the 2000s way of music and style. In many ways, this shaped the love of dancehall music and riddims to many globally, myself included.
