Usain Bolt Teams Up With Jahzeal On More Alcohol

Model sprinter and holder of the fastest 100-meter sprint record Usain Bolt has just dropped his latest single alongside Jahzeal titled More Alcohol. The track is the second time the pair have collaborated on having worked together on Try Harder. In contrast to More Alcohol, according to Jahzeal whose real name is Miguel Murray, Try Harder is a motivational song from the St Catherine native. Produced by Usain Bolt the track was written for those individuals who have thought of giving up in life and Jahzeal wanted to help uplift spirits.

With his soft vocals, Jahzeal and Usain deliver another chilled track but this time it’s all about partying. More Alcohol defines itself showing another side of the two artists. I am sure now that Usain Bolt’s athletics career is over drinking more alcohol is something he relishes. However, I challenge Jahzeal and Usain if this is the correct message to deliver when you look at the current state of affairs in the Caribbean.

It’s common knowledge how people carry on in the Caribbean in terms of partying and how liberal people are sexually. However, we continually get the message as the music keeps driving it home. Usain Bolt is not the voice of reason nevertheless with his global adoration of being the model Olympian. Should this be the take-home message he should be pushing?

Taking nothing away from the song, the song is alright and we can see how Usain is thriving in his current music career. He continues to fly the Jamaican flag high and be sure to listen to his growing catalog of songs.

Last but not least, keep an ear out for Jahzeal. His music career is still in its infancy and is another hot prospect for the future.
