Clearly music has no age limit. At the age of 50, Spragga Benz became the oldest dancehall artist to have the number one spot on the Reggae Album Chart with his latest album Chiliagon. The album is the artist’s 8 studio album and it follows Shotta Culture 9 years on.
Chiliagon was produced by Andrew Oury, Paul Fowler, Cristy Barber, along with Spragga himself and features other artists including UncleP, Rebel ACA, Sean Paul, Harry Shotta, Saine Rapley, Killa P, Illaman, Agents Sasco, Rodney P, Chi Ching Ching, Hype and Fever, Anna Blue and General Levy just to name a few.
Carlton Errington Grant, popularly known as Spragga Benz was born in Kingston, Jamaica and boasts a long and illustrious career. His latest album has some of his fans claiming that it is one of his best. Aging like fine wine, the deejay managed to fuse a variety of sounds onto his latest work and was able to pull it off. The album includes , grime, garage, hip hop, dancehall, roots with an electric mix.
