Popcaan’s Unruly Fest is set to return to St. Thomas, Jamaica on 22 December 2023. After a 3 year hiatus due to the Coronavirus lockdowns, Popcaan’s Unruly Fest is back by popular demand and the Unruly Boss has announced the lineup of major artists set to perform.
Unlike the previous installment of the festival, Drake will not be on the schedule. However, American rapper Fivio Foreign is the international act, alongside local acts that include Skillibeng, I-Wayne and Najeeriii.
