Gaza 6ix The Future Of Dancehall

gaza 6ix the future of dancehall

Despite the fact that Vybz Kartel has been incarcerated for over half a decade, the deejay still makes genius decisions like a true boss. The Worl’Boss has upheld a very high music standard, maintaining and growing the Gazanation brand. The stroke of genius is how he has been able to continuously capture the youth demographic. His allegiance with the Montego Bay, 6IX crew, has helped him break into the younger generation market.

The 6IX is basically the next best thing in modern dancehall and they have the appeal of the youth. 6IX Boss, Squash along with Chronic Law and Daddy 1 are the heavy hitting artists that appeal to the younger generation and Vybz Kartel has been able to join the band wagon due to his endorsement of them. Vybz has had a few solid collaborations with the Mobay crew with hit songs like, Beat Dem Bad featuring Squash. He also collaborated with Chronic Law in Can’t Kill We and did two other tracks with Squash titled G6 Anthem and Can’t Be the Same, this calendar year.

With the combination of the 6IX and Gaza, The Worl’Boss rules supreme. He is certainly not being displaced as the king by anyone anytime soon.
