I am pleased to announce that this week’s Find of The Week is another reggae track from Jamaica’s Janeel Mills called Holding Strong. In this new social media age, finding good music is a whole lot simpler and you can find music you wouldn’t have had access to a few years back. Having come across her music fortuitously, meet Janeel Mills. At the beginning of her musical journey, Janeel Mills delivers a beautiful reggae song backed by strong vocals and good songwriting.
Janeel released the official music video for Holding Strong which was shot in Caymanas, St.Catherine. Produced and mixed by Phillip McFarlane for his Irie Yute Tapes imprint, the song encourages anyone who feels like letting go or giving up to keep the fight going. The important message is to keep believing, hold firm, and put the trust in the Most High.
The[/embed] message is delivered with much aplomb, where only the perennial haters can hate. Give Miss Mills a listen and see what you think of the aspiring reggae artist.
