The superconfident entertainer, when speaking about the project, had this to say “The Scotch Bonnet was created during the global pandemic that is COVID-19 and was set out to be a feel-good project to take our minds off of the current situation and I’m positive that everybody will find at least one or two favorites in the album”
The Philadelphia, PA, based musician has been making a name for himself in the local musical community and is surely a leading voice for the reggae dancehall genre in Philadelphia as of right now. The reggae artiste has garnered favorable reviews and genuine support globally from far-flung places such as Columbia, Brazil, and even as distant as Australia where his music is being streamed and played in good rotation as evidenced by his online streaming numbers.
The Scotch Bonnet album is another self-produced project under the I AM JOY PRODUCTIONS label and features 11 hard-hitting, uptempo tracks, The leading single so far has been track number two, “DAMN RIGHT”, which was released with a music video on his youtube page in July 2020. Other tracks to look out for include; “MISS CUTIE CUTIE” and “EXPLODE”, which have already been serviced to DJs, and playlists worldwide.
