Gentleman Covers The Beatles’s ‘Help’

Gentleman Covers The Beatles's 'help'

Everyone’s favorite German reggae artist is back with a brand-new jam. With the help of legendary Jamaican producer Clive Hunt, Gentleman covered the 1965 Beatles’s track titled Help.

The original Lennon and McCartney song was released in 1965 on the album/soundtrack for the film of the same name and is said to be John Lennon’s (with a little help from Paul McCartney) reaction to the rise of Beatlemania and the stresses that surrounded their early success and by his own admission is one of his most honest songs.

Gentleman’s modern-day interpretation showcases his class putting a fine reggae gloss to the track. The track was released by VP Records and has begun doing its rounds on YouTube.
