Richard Raquish Webb was born on 23 December 1986 in Kingston and was raised in the parish of Clarendon. He attended Clarendon College and after completing he went to Excelsior Community College where he studied Information Technology. Webb always had love for music since he was young. After completion, he worked at Gumption Recording Studios as a composer. He had a desire to fine tune his craft so he move d and spent 5 months at Gal A Rush Recording Studios. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with the legendary Derrick Morgan. This is when he got his big break as he was approached by Robert Livingston, the CEO of Scikron Entertainment/Big Yard Music Label. In 2009, Webb alongside D-Lynx produced “Brainstorm Riddim” which was quickly followed by “Maad A Road” and “Sweat Shop” Riddims. These productions gave Webb an opportunity towork with some big names in the music arena including Lukie D, Christopher Martin, Shaggy, Busy Signal, Red Fox, Ice-Man and many others including female artist Rae Tay. In February 2010, Webb released the party anthem “My Cupp” which was a great hit. This was followed by a collaboration with the famous Busy Signal on “Party Like It’s Your Birthday”.
