As the Vendetta/6IX beef came to an end Teejay redirected peoples’ attention having the most popular music video. Baller‘s video was premiered on Youtube’s streaming platform on the 24th of September and has garnered over 1,5 million views 2 weeks on.
The video was produced by Damage Musiq and its flashy visuals including scantily dressed women in swimwear makes for a cool summer video. It is so easy to get carried away by a music video and forget about the song. However, take nothing away from the song itself, it still would have been successful minus the video.
Uptop Boss Teejay, has been on a steady rise and 2019 has been his stand out year so far. Teejay joined Romeich in 2018 and has had a few top songs in 2019 including Attention, Owna Lane and Millions.
Timoy Janeyo Jones known as Teejay was born in Glendevon, Montego Bay, St James Jamaica. He started to make music in 2012. Coming from a family full of musicians. Timoy was fortunate to start recording music with his brothers at the tender age of 6. He then went on to make music in high school as well. With this strong musical background he is well versed in not only rapping and singing but is also a songwriter, and producer.
