Bramma

Bramma born Lloyd Horace Brammer to Myrna Brammer and raised in Maxfield, Duhaney Park. He attended Calabar High School and his love for music was evident in his school years as would entertain his friends and all who cared to listen. In 2005 his schoolmate and best friend Marley introduced him to Bounty Killer.

He met Solid Agency Administrative Manager, Sophia McKay who immediately took an interest as she realized his talent.. After finishing school, Bramma, who called himself ‘Sinister’ by that time had no studio experience whatsoever so Sophia introduced him to Leftside and Esco to assist him with that. The duo then recommended the name change to Bramma as it already rhymed with his surname.

Bramma later met Neil at Cash Flow and created his first track ‘Star’ on the Wumba riddim. He has succeeded in touring Africa, Europe, North America, and the Caribbean and his efforts have been noticed thus being nominated for the artist of the year award. He has also entered a number of charts and he has been awarded by his former school Calabar high School for his contribution to the Jamaican Music Industry.

In 2015, he released the ‘One A Day EP’ which was endorsed by several colleagues such as Bounty Killer, I Octane, Chino Mcgregor, and many others. He has since not looked back as he has been releasing singles such as ‘Why’ and ‘It’s Wat Eva’.
