Despite the fact that Vybz Kartel was incarcerated and is serving a life sentence his legacy has basically been sorted as he passed on the singing torch to his sons. Now known as Uptown Greatness (UTG), Tanesha and Adija Palmer’s kids have stuck to the family genre.
Produced By Short Boss Muzik the EP was accompanied by the release of their latest video, Hear Dem. After watching the video I can no longer reference them as kids. Still teenagers the boys seem to have a very grown up lifestyle, showcased by the video set in Paris. Children do learn what they live and here it’s a case of flashy cars, lots of cash and excuse my French, bitches. The video has them hosting a house party with scantily dressed broads as they count their stash of euros. Textbook Vybz. The apples certainly didn’t fall too far from the tree. On that note the song is a banger as well. The duo’s future looks promising.
