Aint No Party Like A Konshens Party

Ain’t no party like a Konshens party, cause a Konshens party is off the chain! From the evidence you see in Konshens videos you can’t help but be in awe of some of the stuff that happens in them with the ladies strutting their stuff. His latest video with Jahvillani, ‘Every Gyal Vibe’ is testament of a typical Konshens video.

It makes you wonder, do people really party like this? Having never been to Jamaica, videos like this put partying in Jamaica on my bucket list. The video features Konshens and Jahvillani living it up surrounded by half or should I say quarter dressed beautiful women at a pool party.

Konshens is known for having women do the craziest things in music videos evidenced by ‘Gyal Bubble’ from 2012 at a car wash that turns into a jam. In ‘Sexin’ released in March, he sings about how people think he is having a sexual encounter with a woman when she is whining and dancing on him in another raunchy music video.

Konshens has a catalogue of videos that would definitely get the blood flowing and it is hard to pinpoint which is the best. He has ‘Bassline’ and ‘Bubble Gym’ from earlier in the year and ‘Turn Me On’ in 2017. ‘Bruk of Yuh Back’ is another released in 2016.

His latest ‘Every Gyal Vibe’ is a sure top pick but the one where you have to hand it to the ladies is ‘Pull Up To Mi Bumper’ featuring J Capri in 2013. The location of the video at a road worksite has women whining and doing their moves in reflective clothing. Extra marks for location and costumes. I just hope that doesn’t really happen in Jamaica for safety reasons, or do I?

Kudos to him and Jahvillani for their collaboration. This is one of the top picks for the summer along with all the other party jams from artists like Vybz, Squash, Shenseea, Popcaan, Govana and Alkaline.
